Have you discovered Da Vinci sugar free syrups to have with it? I believe they do a Maple syrup flavour although my favorite is Amaretto, in coffee! You can buy them online and the bottles conatin about a litre.

Just watch out for the polyol content if you have a lot of em. Ver' nice though.
Incidentally, depending on the branch, some starbucks, costas etc have sugar-free syrups as well. They can't quite do a sugar-free caramel macchiato, but at least its something.
