i have been toying with this idea for a while now.

a) i needa  crunchy choccy snack and

b)what to do with a full box of granola i cant eat in the morning

1 bar of 85% lindt dark choccy
1 large teaspoon of splenda brown sugar mix
12 tablespoons of lizi's granola.

break the choccy into a bowl.
place bowl in boiling water and melt  the choccy
stir in large teaspoon of splenda brown sugar mix.
stir in 12 tablespoons of lizi's granola
when covered place into individual portions. (i used yorskshire pudding tray to give accurate portions)
place in fridge.

done!

carbs?
choccy 17.2g
splenda mix 4.0g (ish)
granola 216g

total 237.2 g carb

makes 9 decent (yorkshire pudding size round biscuits)
237 /9 =26.35g per biscuit. you could make smaller biscuits and lower the carbs still. not that i mean that there wil be less carbs overall just by making em smaller what i meant was..... you get the picture! portion control!!!!

hope i got my sums right!

now then where is that lab rat? i'm sure last time i saw him he was eating a cardboard box somewhere!.....

Think I would rather just eat the chocolate!!

Another thing to try:

unsalted nuts of your choice (try macadeamia)
72% chocolate
few tablesspoons of double cream whipped

melt the chocolate.  fold in the whipped cream.  lay nuts on a tray and coat with chocolate.  set in fridge.
