Well this is a month to forget really.
Never seemed to gett going with hardly any exercise and testing going out the window. I could easily make excuses as meal times cooking for father in law who is quite a basic eater doesnt really go well for me but would be too easy at the end of the day i can always chip in and help. I have however been offered help from another dsf member re food and also have a mind set to get this going the way it needs to.
I may needc to put testing on hold but will see as this is the biggest problem i have and will need to address it but for now have joined a new gym which is open 24/7 and addressing my food are my main priority,
roll on end of aug and hope i have lost sufficient weight etc
