Well its the end of June now and i still waiting to get a kick up the backside from myself to start getting the exercise i need. Have lost 6lb only this month but at least its a step in the right direction. I keep saying my shift pattern dont help but in reality have been doing them now for three years and should be able to adapt.
Have been to the doctorss with itching of one armpit and groin and this continues so I know my bg are too high and i need to loose weight as well
I am making July a month of determination to do 2 things;
1/ to get more exercise
2/ to start testing starting with my fasting and breakfast reading
Its gonna be hard remembering to do them especially after breakfast as am usually doing something but will try, I have designed a sheet to put them on and to say what I had for breakfast to try and find whats best for me.
